Earn Commission for Every Referral

You earn a 20% commission on the first $10,000 of net revenue generated by your referrals. As the net revenue you refer increases, so does your commission percentage:

• 20% on the first $10,000 of net revenue
• 25% on $10,001-$15,000 of net revenue
• 30% on $15,001+ of net revenue

Commissions are calculated monthly and mailed within 45 days of the end of the calendar month in which the net revenue was received. You can check the status of earned commissions anytime in our Affiliate Center.

How it works

• Sign up online. It only takes a few minutes.
• Receive acceptance notification. BizFilings reviews all applications and notifies you by email of your acceptance, usually within 1-2 business days.
• Receive your own affiliate link with your affiliate code embedded.  The links and graphics BizFilings provides will make it easy for your clients/customers and website visitors to access the BizFilings website. Each time a visitor accesses the BizFilings website via your link, their orders will include your partner code. Don’t have a website? No problem. When you are accepted into the program, you will receive an affiliate code to share with others who place their orders with BizFilings via the phone.  
• Access our Affiliate Center. BizFilings provides you with a central location for materials you use as an affiliate. In the Affiliate Center, you will:
  • Run commission reports. Specify a time period to review the commission you have earned.
  • Download graphics and articles. Use these tools on your website, in newsletters and to promote and communicate your relationship with BizFilings.   
  • View tips. Access tips on how to maximize your participation in BizFilings’ Affiliate Program.
  • Download a W-9. BizFilings must have a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 from you/your company in order to pay commissions. After completing the W-9 form, you can email it to affiliates@bizfilings.com.
  • Update your contact information. Keep the contact information we have on file for you updated, change your password, and much more.
