Q. How does BizFilings’ affiliate program work?
A. After you are accepted into the program, we provide your company with a unique URL assigned to an affiliate code. This unique URL will deliver your customers to BizFilings’ homepage allowing them to research the products and services available for their business, learn why to work with BizFilings and/or place an order online. When your customers order from BizFilings, we handle the order processing, fulfillment and customer service. Any paid orders that come through your affiliate URL or are associated with the affiliate code will be easy to identify and track.
Q. How frequently are commissions paid?
A. BizFilings pays commissions on a monthly basis. Commission checks are typically mailed within the second week of the month following the receipt of a paid order.
Q. Are there any costs to register for BizFilings’ affiliate program?
A. BizFilings’ affiliate program is a voluntary program and there are absolutely no fees involved.
Q. Can I still join BizFilings' affiliate program if I do not operate business through a website?
A. Yes, BizFilings accepts affiliates who do not use a website to conduct business. If you fall in that category, please specify in the affiliate application under the section named "Primary Business Activity" that you are a non-website based company. BizFilings will provide you with an affiliate code assigned to your company, which you can provide your customers when you are referring orders.
Q. What should I do if I misplace my affiliate URL?
A. If you misplace your affiliate URL, please login to the Affiliate Center and obtain your link from the Tips Section.
Q. How much commission will I earn?
A. You earn a 15% commission on the first $5000 of net revenue generated by paid orders referred to BizFilings. Net Revenue is defined as the total revenue received on an order less state and/or county filing fees and discounts, less the cost of returns and chargebacks. In addition, the commission percentage is subject to increase, up to a maximum of 30%, in accordance with the following commission structure:
15% on the first $5000 of Net Revenue
20% on $5,001 - $10,000 of Net Revenue
25% on $10,001 - $15,000 of Net Revenue
30% on $15,001 + of Net Revenue
Q. Does BizFilings have graphics I can use on my site to drive traffic?
A. Yes, BizFilings provides affiliate graphics in the Affiliate Center within the Ad Center. Instructions on how to use these graphics on your site are provided. Please remember to link your unique URL to any graphic you choose to use, in order to allow BizFilings to track your referred orders and pay the appropriate commission.

A. Yes, BizFilings has numerous informative and unbiased articles available in the Affiliate Center under the Articles Section.
