An increasingly popular area of service expansion is to work with clients as they incorporate their businesses. Partner with BizFilings and receive a discount on incorporation and related services. The relationship with the client is yours, we support the efforts behind the scenes.

Receive a discount on the orders placed with BizFilings. As the net revenue from the orders placed increases, your discount increases:

• 20% on the first $5,000 of net revenue
• 25% on $5,001-$10,000 of net revenue
• 30% on $10,001+ of net revenue

Net revenue is the total amount of a paid order less state and/or county filing fees, discounts, and less any returns or chargebacks BizFilings incurs on your orders. Third party costs are excluded from receiving commissions, and discounts do not apply to state/county (jurisdictional) filing fees.

• Enhance your offerings. BizFilings service offerings are an extension of the why clients come to you. Partnering with BizFilings provides you with the ability to offer timely and cost-effective incorporation services, as well as other company filings such as foreign qualification, amendments, DBA, and much more. In addition, you can offer registered agent services and business compliance tools and services. BizFilings takes care of the details and you retain the client relationship.
• Set your own margin. With each order placed, the BizFilings discount is noted and your total cost through BizFilings is immediately apparent. The amount you charge your client is outside of our relationship.

• Online account status. Use BizFilings’ Online Status Center to view updated information 24/7 on any of the orders you place with us.

How it works

• Apply to be a reseller online. It only takes a few minutes.
• Receive acceptance notification. BizFilings reviews all applications and emails you of your acceptance, usually within 1-2 business days.
• Receive your own reseller link with your reseller code embedded.BizFilings provides each reseller with a weblink to use when placing orders. Your reseller code is embedded and your discount will appear on all orders for incorporation and related services you place online. For placing orders via the phone, a reseller code is made available to use and your discount will be applied by one of our Incorporation Specialists.
• Receive a reseller orientation packet. When you are accepted into the reseller program, a reseller orientation packet is emailed. This handy reference material is a resource as we work together to support your clients' incorporation needs
• Order online or by phone. Order online anytime or by phone Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM central time. Our Incorporation Specialists are here to help you with the order process, provide status and answer questions. Contact our Incorporation Specialists at 800-981-7183 or via email.
• Pay for your order. BizFilings provides you with order payment options. Use your credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa), or pay with a check, money order, PayPal or wire transfer. BizFilings will process your order as soon as payment is received.
• Completed materials sent to you. BizFilings sends the materials to you for each completed order. You can then share them with your clients. Likewise, if any questions arise during order processing, BizFilings will contact you directly.
