BizFilings provides a discount to your client for each order. Your clients discount will increase as you refer more orders to BizFilings.
Receive a discount on the orders placed with BizFilings. As the net revenue from the orders placed increases, your discount increases:
- 20% discount on the first $10,000 of referred net revenue
- 25% discount on $10,001 to $15,000 of referred net revenue
- 30% discount on $15,001+ of referred net revenue
Net revenue is the total amount of a paid order less state and/or county filing fees, discounts, and less any returns or chargebacks BizFilings incurs on your orders. Third party costs are excluded from receiving commissions, and discounts do not apply to state/county (jurisdictional) filing fees.

How it works
- Contact BizFilings and let us know you are interested in the Share Program.
- We provide you a Share Program Agreement for you to sign and return to us.
- BizFilings will provide you with a weblink with your Partner code embedded. Your clients use this link to place orders, and your discount is reflected in the BizFilings online order form. Your clients can use your Partner code for any orders placed via phone.
- The 20% discount is applied directly on the BizFilings online order form at the time of the order. For phone orders, the discount will be applied by our Incorporation Specialists at the time the order is placed.
