Does BizFilings provide the Mail Forwarding Service itself?
BizFilings has partnered with Delaware Mailboxes to provide Mail Forwarding Service in Delaware and Forward Nevada to provide Mail Forwarding Service in Nevada. For customers who add Mail Forwarding Service to a business incorporation order for the State of Delaware or State of Nevada, you will initiate the order process and pay the initial 12-month Mail Forwarding Service fee to BizFilings.
BizFilings will send you an activation instruction email that outlines the steps for activating your service with Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada. You will then complete the order process, provide the necessary documentation, and keep a credit card on file with Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada.
For existing BizFilings customers or visitors to our website who want to order Mail Forwarding Service in Delaware or Nevada as a stand-alone service, order directly with Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada and mention that BizFilings referred you.

BizFilings’ Registered Agent Service includes the receipt and forwarding of official documents and tax notices received for your company from the Secretary of State, Department of State, Department of Revenue, or other official state agencies. It does not include the receipt and forwarding of personal or commercial mail.
If you would like an address to list as your business address for receipt of personal and commercial mail, you will need to subscribe to Mail Forwarding Service.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) imposes strict requirements on legitimate mail receiving agencies and the customers who utilize Mail Forwarding Service. Each customer must complete and sign USPS Form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent) and must provide two valid forms of identification, one of which must include a picture. The most common forms of identification provided are a passport and driver's license.
You will receive Form 1583 from Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada and undertake the activation of your Mail Forwarding Service directly with them. Additionally, Forward Nevada has a service agreement that Mail Forwarding Service customers must sign.

For Delaware, once you have completed the necessary USPS Form 1583, provided two valid forms of identification and established with Delaware Mailboxes how and how often you would like your mail forwarded, the process typically takes 2-3 business days before you can begin receiving mail at your designated Mail Forwarding Service address.
For Nevada, once you have completed the necessary USPS Form 1583, provided two valid forms of identification, and signed Forward Nevada's service agreement, the process typically takes 2-3 business days before you can begin receiving mail at the designated Mail Forwarding Service address. Once you complete the order process with Forward Nevada, you will receive all the necessary information you need to begin to use your mail forwarding address.

For Delaware, the address will be a physical street address located in Newark, DE. For Nevada, the address will be a physical street address located in Las Vegas, NV and will include a unique box or suite number.

No, neither Delaware Mailboxes nor Forward Nevada place limits on the number of pieces of mail you can receive, but only small packages are accepted.

Yes, Delaware Mailboxes and Forward Nevada will sign on your behalf for mail and packages received via FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS).

If the address you have on record with Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada changes, notify Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada directly so that your contact information can be changed in their system. Likewise, if you need your mail held for a certain period of time, contact Delaware Mailboxes or Forward Nevada directly in order to make the appropriate hold arrangements.
