A. A Corporate Kit is a binder that contains essential items for the routine maintenance and administration of a corporation. Corporate Kits include a Corporate Seal, custom stock certificates, stock transfer ledger, and sample minutes, resolutions and bylaws.

Q. Can I purchase a Corporate Seal separately?
A. The Corporate Seal is included in our Corporate Kit; however, you can purchase it as a stand-alone item if desired. The cost is $40.

Q. Why would I need a Corporate Seal?
A. A Corporate Seal is often used to stamp or imprint documents to signify them as official corporate documents. A Corporate Seal is often required when opening corporate bank accounts, distributing stock, authenticating internal documents or conducting other corporate business.
