  • not permit time off to vote
  • discriminate against employees because of jury service
  • deny equal employment opportunity
  • terminate employees for refusing to participate in or remain silent about illegal activities
  • retaliate against an employee for filing a safety complaint
  • fire an employee for having wages withheld for child support
