Arizona employers must provide employees with leave for jury duty in accordance with these state rules.

In Arizona, employers must allow employees to be absent for grand jury or trial jury duty and they must not dismiss or penalize employees for absences related to jury duty.

An employee's vacation and seniority rights may not be affected by jury service, but the employee need not be paid for lost time.
