Iowa employers must provide employees with leave for jury duty in accordance with these state rules.

An Iowa employer must not deprive an employee of employment or threaten or otherwise coerce the employee for the reason that the employee receives a notice to report for jury service, serves as a juror, or attends court for prospective jury service.
