New Hampshire employers must provide employees with leave for military duty in accordance with these state rules.

In New Hampshire, employees who are members of the national or state guard, when called to active service, state or federal, are eligible for the same benefits, privileges and protections in employment as those called to service of the United States under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Prohibited Discrimination

Employment discrimination against employees called to active duty by the governor is prohibited.
