Employers in South Carolina must conform with these state rules relating to posting minimum wage requirements.

Employers are required to post in every room where five or more persons are employed, in a conspicuous place, a printed notice stating the provisions of the state’s law relative to the employment of adult persons and children and the regulation of hours and working conditions.
