Washington Minimum Wage Posting Requirements

Employers in Washington must conform with these state rules relating to posting minimum wage requirements.

Employers who may be affected by the minimum wage rules are required to post the rules where possible, in a place or places reasonably accessible to all of the employer's employees.

Employers are required to post a current copy of the Department of Labor and Industries' standards of labor rules, in a form provided by the department, titled "Your Rights as a Worker in Washington State." The rules must be posted within plain view and readily accessible in each work site where an employee is employed.
