In Nebraska, persons compensated with gratuities must be paid wages at the minimum rate of $2.13 per hour, plus all gratuities given to them for services rendered.

The sum of wages and gratuities received by each person compensated with gratuities must equal or exceed the general minimum wage rate in effect.
