Employers in New Hampshire must comply with these state requirements relating to wage statements.

Covered employers in New Hampshire must furnish each employee with a statement of deductions made from the employee's wages for each pay period in which the deductions were made.

Authorization for deductions for legal plans and identity theft plans is allowed. The plans must be without financial advantage to the employer when the employee has given his or her written authorization and deductions are duly recorded.
