Employers in Indiana must comply with these state rules regarding the timing and frequency of wage payments.

Employers in Indiana, except farmers and those engaged in agriculture and horticulture, are subject to Indiana's wage payment laws.

Wages must at least be paid semimonthly or biweekly but shorter intervals are permitted. Wages must be paid within 10 days after the end of the pay period in which they were earned.
