Incorporation Services – BizFilings prepares and files
the necessary documents with the appropriate state agency in order to
incorporate your business in any of the 50 states.
LLC Formation Services – BizFilings prepares and files
the necessary documents with the appropriate state agency in order to
form your Limited Liability Company in any of the 50 states.
Non-profit Corporations – BizFilings prepares and files
the necessary documents with the appropriate state agency in order to
establish your non-profit corporation in any of the 50 states.
Professional Corporations – BizFilings prepares and
files the necessary documents with the appropriate state agency in order
to establish your professional corporation in any of the 50 states. Professional
corporations are limited to corporations organized for the purpose of
providing professional services.
Foreign Qualifications – BizFilings prepares and files
the necessary documentation with the state(s) where your business is not
physically located, but you need to qualify it in order to conduct business
in that state(s).
International Packages
– BizFilings’ international incorporation packages allow
companies not located in the United States to incorporate their business
in Delaware and provide these companies with other products and services
necessary to establish a business in the United States.
Registered Agent Services – BizFilings provides registered agent services in all 50 states. For more

Expedited Services – Normal state processing time to form
your business is 4-6 weeks. BizFilings offers expedited services
to have your business formed more quickly. The expedited processing time
varies by state, but they are typically completed in a week. BizFilings also offers expedited Federal Tax Identification Number obtainment.
Federal Tax Id (EIN) Service – BizFilings prepares IRS
form SS4 and the other necessary documentation in order for BizFilings
to obtain your tax ID number (also called the Employer Identification
Number or EIN) for you, or for you to obtain it directly from the IRS
in an expedited manner.
In order to obtain the EIN
for your business, you must provide your social security number or individual
tax identification number (ITIN). If you do not have a social security
number, you must obtain an ITIN from the IRS prior to being
able to apply for the EIN for your business. To obtain an ITIN from the
IRS, you must complete IRS Form W-7 and mail it to the IRS. Click here

does not assist with the preparation of Form W-7 or the
obtainment of the ITIN.
Corporate Kits – BizFilings’ corporate kit includes
a professional customized binder with your corporate name and a matching
slip case, custom corporate seal, 20 custom stock certificates with your
corporate name, stock transfer ledger, sample minutes of organizational
meetings and sample bylaws.
LLC Kits – BizFilings’ LLC kit includes a professional
customized binder with the company’s name and matching slip case,
custom company seal, 20 custom membership certificates, membership transfer
ledger, sample minutes of organizational meeting and a sample operating
agreement.
Name Availability Checks – BizFilings performs the name
checks, which must be done before you can form your business in a particular
state. The name check ensures that your company’s name is available
in that state.
Name Reservations – Once a name check is performed, BizFilings can reserve that company name for you for a certain period of
time (depending upon the state), if you are not ready to immediately form
your business.
S Corporation Election – In order to elect S Corporation status,
a business must file Form 2553 with the Internal Revenue Service. BizFilings can assist with the preparation of Form 2553, which you then file
with the IRS.
Certificate of Amendment – If any changes need to be made
to a corporation’s articles of incorporation, a certificate of amendment
needs to be filed with the state. BizFilings can prepare and file
the necessary documentation on your business’ behalf.
Dissolutions – BizFilings can help prepare and file
the necessary documentation in order to dissolve your business entity.
Certified Copies and Certificates of Good Standing – BizFilings can obtain additional certified copies of our articles of incorporation,
and can also obtain certificates of good standing which are documents
that prove your corporation does exist with the state and has paid all
annual fees.
Corporate Forms Disk - Corporations are required to follow certain
formalities in order to keep the corporate entity alive. BizFilings’
Corporate Forms Disk contains all of the necessary forms to properly hold
every type of corporate meeting and also includes bylaws and resolutions.
The forms can be used as is or customized to fit your business’ needs.
Shelf Corporations -
A shelf corporation is a corporation that is already formed with
the state and aged for a period of time. Typically, a shelf corporation
is bought when it is one to two years old. BizFilings’ shelf corporations
come with a certified copy of the articles of incorporation and we pay
the initial franchise tax for Delaware for the years before the company
was purchased.
