Nevada employers must provide employees with leave for jury duty in accordance with these state rules.
In Nevada, an employer may not deprive a person who is a juror or who has received a summons to appear for jury duty of employment.
Summons to appear for jury duty must be accompanied by a notice to the employer, and the notice must be given to the employer at least one day before appearing for jury duty.
