Wolters Kluwer’s BizFilings Wins American Business Award for Company of the Year
Wolters Kluwer’s BizFilings announced today that it has been honored with a Bronze Stevie award for Company of the Year in the 2016 American Business Awards (ABA) competition. The American Business Awards, one of seven Stevie Awards competitions, are considered the premier business awards program in the U.S.
BizFilings was recognized for its Incorporation Wizard, an online tool that helps business owners understand entity type options (corporation, LLC, S Corp., etc.) for structuring their business. Incorporation is an important first step in launching a business and offers many benefits to business owners such as asset protection and enhanced credibility.
"It’s an honor to be recognized for the success of the Incorporation Wizard," said Jennifer Friedman, Vice President of Wolters Kluwer’s BizFilings. "Over the past 20 years, BizFilings has incorporated thousands of businesses. The Incorporation Wizard is a key tool in helping entrepreneurs to understand and choose the best entity structure for their business."
The ABAs are judged by more than 200 executives across the U.S., including many of the world’s most respected entrepreneurs, innovators and business educators. Submissions are judged based on the overall quality of the entry, including the merits of the claims to innovation, integrity, effectiveness, creativity and growth.
BizFilings helps small business owners form a corporation, an LLC, or other business structure quickly and efficiently online or by telephone. BizFilings also offers business filing and compliance products, such as registered agent services, to help businesses remain in compliance with regulations in various states and nationwide.
